I did, but Windows Photo Gallery is not able. It's a really cool way to give your images and distinct and different look that you're in control of all the way. I used Psykopaint (a Google App) to create an image using an existing photo. It's very simple to use and the results are great looking. PsykoPaint just released their beta edition of online software that allows you to upload a picture and modify it to make it look like an actual painting.
